Desain Rumah Industrial pada lahan sudut dengan luas lahan 7,5 x 14 M (105 M2)

Desain kali ini mengangkat tema industrial dengan bangunan 2 lantai dimana pada lantai 1 ditempatkan ruangan yang memiliki sifat publik maupun semi publik plus satu ruangan untuk tempat usaha terutama usaha yang bergerak dibidang kuliner.

Sementara pada lantai 2 ditempatkan ruangan yang bersihfat privat dan servis seperti ruang tidur maupun ruang cuci dan jemur.
